Dale Mykyte

Founder

Dale A. Mykyte purchased the U.S. assets of Pe Ben Industries Company Ltd on June 1, 2006, and became President and Owner of Pe Ben USA, Inc. after the acquisition.                                                       

Dale, who has over 38 years of oilfield and pipeline logistics experience, started as a laborer in the Alberta oilfields before joining Kaps Transport in 1980 which, at the time, was western Canada’s largest oil rig mover. In 1988, he joined Pe Ben Industries as Operations Manager.

In 1995, Dale moved from Edmonton to Houston to start up the U.S. division of Pe Ben Industries Company. With very few industry contacts, Dale was single handedly responsible for initiating and growing Pe Ben’s U.S. business unit. In January 2006, The Mullen Group purchased Pe Ben Industries and chose to divest themselves of any U.S. assets. Sensing an entrepreneurial opportunity, Dale made a successful offer to purchase the U.S. business unit. Today, he is actively involved in many industry organizations and is currently on the Board of Directors at DCA and is a past Board of Directors member for the INGAA Foundation. Dale, is a native of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and currently resides in Houston, TX. He is married and has two sons.
